Move-In Guidelines

APPLICATION FEE: $45.00 PER APPLICANT

- An Application Fee of $45.00 per person is required for anyone over the age of 18 who will occupy the home. The
applicant must submit a complete application.
- The Application Fee must be in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, cash or personal check
- All applications must be fully completed. Please fill in all blanks with correct information or N/A if it does not apply. We
must have all phone numbers and complete addresses with zip codes; incomplete applications will not be processed.
- A Security Deposit is required upon submission of application. Security deposits are deposited ONLY upon approval of
application.
- All deposits and first months’ rent are required to be in the form of a Cashiers Check or Money Order. Personal Checks
are accepted up to $1000.
- Pool Deposit is $500 for any home with a pool, in ground or above.
- Garage Remote Deposits are $45.00 per remote. The $45.00 deposit is totally refundable.
- Non-refundable pet fee is $100.00 & pet deposit is $300.00 per pet for properties that accept pets. Total due is $400
per pet.
- We verify employment, check rental history, run credit reports, search eviction records & perform a criminal background
check.
- Keys will be given to residents upon the commencement date of the lease. Please make arrangements to pick up the
keys on the scheduled day of your move-in between 8:30am & 5:30pm. We will contact you prior to your move-in to
schedule an exact time for you to pick up your keys between 8:30am & 5:30pm.
